
Dr. Gina Bueneman-Cooper
Dr. Gina Bueneman-Cooper is the primary training specialist with Cooper Management Training & Consulting, a firm she has owned since 1993. She is an international speaker with a clientele that includes schools, small businesses, large corporations, non-profit agencies, and government entities.
In addition to being a certified expert in QuickBooks Online, Gina has a D.Min. in Christian Counseling, a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, a Master of Arts in Management, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/Psychology, and an Associate of Science degree in Human Services. Gina occasionally teaches undergraduate/graduate courses at Missouri Baptist University and doctoral-level courses at Midwest University. She has also written numerous workbooks and training materials on communication, teambuilding, stress management, and many other topics.
Gina has been married since 1987 to Brian K. Cooper, a manager at AT&T. They have two children: Nicholas (Tayler) and Jillian (Ian) – along with 6 grand-dogs. They are active members of First Assembly of God church in Troy.

Dr. Tina L. Hunsel
Dr. Tina Bueneman Hunsel has been administering psychological and other employment assessments for Cooper Consulting since 1996. Tina has been an educator since 1991, having taught in community, vocational, and adult education, as well substitute teaching in K-12 classrooms. Currently she works full-time as an Adult Education and Literacy Instructor for Missouri's Online AEL program.
Tina holds a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling, a Master of Arts in Theology and Behavioral Studies, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, and an Associate of Arts degree in English/Communications. She is married to her 3rd Grade boyfriend, Tom, and is an active member of First Assembly of God in Troy. They have 4 grown children: Josh (Heidi), Alex (Marie), Courtney, and Katherine (Shane) - as well as 3 grandchildren: Jude, Adelaide, and Finn.

Jillian Cooper
Jillian Cooper began working part-time at Cooper Consulting “at birth” in a variety of roles. After graduating (with honors) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Associate of Science in Business, she joined the company full time. Jillian handles the daily bookkeeping for several of the company’s key clients, as well as assists with QuickBooks clean-up projects for those transitioning to the accounting software. She also handles payroll and other administrative duties for the company.
Jillian and her boyfriend, Ian, enjoy thrift shopping and have 2 pups: Priscilla and Graceland.

Margaret Bartold Brown
Margaret Bartold has over 40 years of experience in education. Her background includes degrees in music education, counseling, psychology and psychological examination. She has earned degrees from Central Methodist University and the University of Missouri-St Louis as well as additional coursework at Truman State University, University of Missouri Kansas City, and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Margaret has spent her career in teaching, counseling and administration in the public schools, private schools, and university level. She has also presented a myriad of workshops around Missouri. Her Psychological Examiner certification has given her the opportunity to assist clients regarding career opportunities, psychological profiling, and disability status determination. Even though she and her husband, Skip, are enjoying retirement, Margaret still provides crucial oversight for psychological testing services.

Alyssa Harrison
Alyssa Harrison is a bookkeeper for client accounts. She attends St. Charles Community College and is studying Laboratory Sciences. Alyssa and Kyle have a beautiful baby girl named Elliana.

Alexis Harrison
Alexis Harrison is a part-time bookkeeper for client accounts. She attends the University of Missouri-Columbia majoring in Psychology Sciences.
